Tickets
A built-in support ticket system for your Discord server. Your members can open tickets, and your team can manage them from Discord or the dashboard.What it does
- Ticket creation — Your members open tickets via a panel or command
- Ticket location — Create ticket channels under one configured category
- Transcripts — The bot saves a transcript automatically when a ticket closes
How to use
- Set up a ticket panel in Config → Tickets
- Your members click the button or use the command to open a ticket
- The bot creates a private thread or channel for the conversation
- Staff respond and close the ticket when resolved
- The bot saves the transcript so you can view it in the dashboard
Choose the ticket category and support role so new tickets land where your team expects.

| Auto-close | Automatically close stale tickets after N hours |
| Transcript channel | Where the bot posts transcripts |
