Audit Log

Volvox.Bot records every action it takes in the audit log. Use it to review what happened and when.

What it logs

• Moderation actions — Warns, bans, kicks, timeouts
• Config changes — Who changed what setting and when
• Ticket events — Created, claimed, closed, deleted
• AI conversations — Started, flagged, deleted
• Role changes — Temp roles assigned and expired
• Bot events — Joins, leaves, errors

How to use

1. Open the dashboard → Audit Log for your server
2. Filter by action type, member, or date range
3. Click any entry for full details

We retain audit logs for 90 days. Contact support if you need longer retention.

Filtering

Filter	Description
Action type	Moderation, config, tickets, etc.
Member	Filter by who performed the action
Date range	Focus on a specific time period
Target	Filter by who was affected
